Company said that the issues have been resolved. Consumer received a credit, however the consumer had 2 different names as well as everything else.

Company states that the credit card that was provided did not go through. Everything with their mail order is automatic with automatic responses. Company said that they can restate it, but they need the credit card to go through. She has not been charged as the order has not gone through at this...

I ordered 21 round cushions on June 20, 2013 and was told in my order that my shipment would arrive within 7-10 business days. On July 1, 2013, after hearing nothing from the company, I called them to see where the order status was. The man I spoke to was very inconsiderate and rude and said he could not guarantee when my shipment would be arriving. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is BELOW zero!!!

I ordered my cushion foam replacements, and they arrived after a couple weeks. it did take a bit longer than most deliveries, BUT, this company does not have a big pile of just-the-right-size-for-you foam for your needs. also, they do not stop everything and cut your foam the minute you order it!! patience is a virtue, people!
my order came today, and although I never spoke to anyone, the cushions were perfect!! I put them on top of my couch cushions, sat down, and within 10 minutes, I could tell the new foam was a blessing to my sore back!!! excited? you bet!!
good company, good products, good service!

Got my foam today what a difference. They were made perfect. Easy to install using vacuum and Plastic bag. Made my chair and couch new!! Ordering was simple and fast shipment I would tell anybody that they can't go wrong with BuyFoam .com Thanks

Foam Rubber Products (Buyfoam.com) gets top marks (5 out of 5 stars) from me based on my 24-Feb-2015 ordering experience. I strongly recommend them. The cushions on my queen-sized couch had lost their bounce and were no longer providing good support. I searched online for companies that provide replacement cushion inserts. I decided to purchase from Buyfoam.com. I submitted my order online, following their helpful instructions on how to submit ordering specifications for replacement cushion inserts. My purchased cushion inserts arrived within eight (8) calendar days. I replaced my old cushion inserts within thirty (30) minutes without difficulty. My couch cushions feel like new again. I'm now one happy customer!

Poor customer service. This company (Buyfoam.com) does not answer its phone. I have been waiting 5 weeks for a small order to be sent. Is this a real business?

My first order was for a round circle cut of 15". The circle was larger than what I ordered. Half of the cut was a nice round shape but the other side had a straight line in it not a nice curve. It looks like the cutter fell asleep doing the cutting or it was done by a child, not professional at all.
A friend of mine also in the same time ordered several square cuts. The foam pieces were all cut larger than the specified order. When she called and asked why it was not cut to specifications they told her they cut everything 1/2" larger. If both of us known their policy in advance, we both would have altered our specifications with that knowledge. Although this company did return our money we had to pay shipping cost to return the items. Seams unfair we are out the return costs from their mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs an "exact" cut.

Review: My order was placed on 12/8/2014, as of 1/28/2015, I have not received my order. I replied to my order confirmation email 2 weeks ago indicating that I did not receive the order, but I heard nothing back from them. Today I tried to call and heard a voice message which indicated that they were busy and to call back. There was no way to leave a message. I feel I waited patiently, 7 weeks is excessive for good customer satisfaction.

Review: I placed an order with BuyFoam.com on 9/8/14 via the website. My order number was [redacted] and the order was for 2 square foam cushions with a total price of $82.71. I have several problems with my transaction with this company which are listed below:

1) While I printed my receipt at the time the order was placed online, I did not receive an email notifying me that my order was received by the company. I feel that this is customary practice for online commerce.

2) I received an email from the company on 11/3/14 notifying me that my order was shipped. Note that this is almost 2 months after my order was placed. I don't recall being being informed of such a long fulfillment time. This is unacceptable.

3) On 11/13/14 a delivery slip was posted on my door. This notice was dated 11/6/14 and was to tell me that after a 3rd delivery attempt was made my order was shipped back to BuyFoam. I never received notice of a first or second attempt being made. I was never contacted by any other means even though BuyFoam had my phone number and email address.

4) After receiving this notice I tried to contacted BuyFoam to discuss the problem but received no response. I emailed and called with no luck.

5) I was never notified by BuyFoam that my order was received back to them. And I have no idea what happened to it.

I have never had problems receiving packages at my residence. I didn't recognize the shipping service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for my purchase because BuyFoam did not make an attempt to fulfill it's side of this purchase agreement.

If you want to receive your product " to when they get around to it" shipping, then this is your company. Placed an order on a Tuesday and called the following Tuesday, (no holiday weekend) as I was given a 7 to 11 day shipping schedule. I was calling to see if it had shipped. The receiving and shipping person presented himself as someone who didn't know up from down, which was my first clue so it was no surprise to hear the order had not even been put into production and the [redacted] story was they would process it into production right then and I could expect it in two weeks. So if it is your wish to buy product and get it "Whenever if at all"...this be your company.

I order my foam two weeks ago, and they arrived before I was expecting.
The cuts are perfect, my sofa looks like new.
I definitely recommend this company.

Great Product and good communication !

Review: First, the product is fantastic. It's exactly what I needed, is sized perfectly, and was a great price. It's the communication and service from the company that seems to be at issue as everything takes very long to happen.

My partner and I ordered cushions for our patio set on, or just prior to March 19, 2015 and were promptly charged $131.58. On, or just prior to May 21, 2015 my partner called them to find out the status of the order, as no communication had been received and the time frame to generate a communication was well passed. The rep he spoke with couldn't find the order, so another was put in ($124.06). The first order had my name on it, the second, my partner's name, or vice versa. Again, promptly the payment was taken from my credit card account (I did not notice that two charges were made at this time).

A few weeks later our foam arrives and we're ecstatic. However, a few more weeks go by and another box arrives with foam. At this point we research the credit card and see two charges. My partner called Foam Products to explain the situation. The rep apologized and said FedEx would come get the second order and I'd be refunded when that arrived back at the company. Weeks go by and no visit from FedEx. By July 15 I'm thoroughly sick of this box sitting by my front door and I call Foam Products. I speak with a gentleman who takes the time to research the issue and finds both orders. He says he isn't interested in getting the second shipment back, but is more interested in getting me a refund for one of the orders. Now, more than a month later and there's still no credit to my account and no communication from Foam Products.

It has been over five months since we had first started this order process and, even though a simple order, it's been very difficult resolving it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of one of the two charges I paid. The second shipment can be picked up, if Foam Products would like, or I can dispose of it if they do not want it back. I'd be fine, even with the lower of the two charges coming off.
