We are genuinely sorry to learn that our service did not meet your expectations. At BuybackTronics we take our customer service very seriously, and make every attempt possible to exceed customer expectations.

Upon reviewing your case, we do see that the device was received with a tempered glass cover, upon removing which we observed a minor crack to the upper right corner of the device. Since you requested the device to be returned, we complied and did the needful. While we cannot confirm or deny that the device had a crack at the time of shipment, we do encourage customers to remove all cases and coverings from their devices before shipping them out in order to be able to assess and select the most accurate condition of their device.

Based on your comments, you stated that the device is not cracked, we understand that while the crack may have seemed insignificant and may not currently affect the screen directly, it can however, overtime and with continued use cause the crack to extend to other portions of the display. Unfortunately, this requires replacement of the screen as when we go to resell it, a buyer will expect the screen to be intact.

The best available option rather than requesting for the device to be returned, would have been to request for us to proceed with an insurance claim with the carrier, whereupon an investigation would have been opened to determine if the damage occurred while in transit.
