Review: Back in December, I purchased an auto radiator from buy a radiator. com. Before making the purchase I double check the site to make sure their radiators were new and not refurbished or used. The web site and their salesmen both distinctly stated all their radiators were new. However, when the radiator arrived, I immediately determined it was a used item. All of the screw holes on the bottom of the radiator were rusty and some of them still contained the rusty clips. I also found several rusty screws in the box , which indicated it had recently been removed from a vehicle. In addition, the radiator did not match my vehicle. It would not accommodate my car's radiator fan. I subsequently returned the radiator to them on 12/21/15, and was later told they would be charging me a 30% restocking fee. Note, there is nothing in print on their website stating they would be charging a restocking fee for returned merchandise. If there had been, I would not have ordered from them. Also note , I purchase the radiator from buy a radiator.com , which is located in Huntington Beach Ca. the radiator was shipped from [redacted] in Greensboro, NC. How can buy a radiator.com charge someone a restocking fee when they are buying used and refurbished merchandise from a third party and reselling it as new.Desired Settlement: I sent buy a radiator .com several emails explaining that the radiator did not match my car and it was a used item. I also included a note when I returned the radiator to them. However, they insist on charging me a 30% restocking fee. I paid them $78.59 for what I thought was new merchandise. And I would like to be reimburse my complete amount.

Review: When proceeding through checkout I was given a total of $82, then when after entering my credit card information and hitting proceed, a different total of $125 appeared on the screen and it said that the order was processed. Apparently I was not given the total with shipping an hanging. When I called the company and spoke to a customer service representative they told me that I could have gone through the process of seeing what shipping and handling would have been prior to the final check out and that all sales are final. I then said that I want to cancel my order and then they proceeded to tell me that there was a $20 cancellation fee and again all sales are final. They then sent me an email in which to I was to reply to to cancel my order before 5 o'clock p.m. . When I responded back to that email before 5 o'clock, asking them to cancel my order they did not honor my request and shipped the product anyways. Then again I tried to speak to another customer service representative, but this time I was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called again and spoke with a manager who told me there was nothing that he could do and all sales are final and that was that.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I would like to return the product and get my money back.
