We  have reached back out to UPS, our normal rep has been on vacation. [redacted] (BWT Customer Service) sent an email to his counterpart to get some answers. Buy Wheels Today has made reasonable accommodations for [redacted], as well as, utilizing our relationship with UPS to reconsider his original damage claim with UPS. As a good faith gesture, we have leveraged our relationship with UPS to further assistance [redacted] with the origin of his complaint, the damage caused by UPS.
