Buy the Beach Tanning

I joined buy the beach tanning in may of 2012. I joined up for one year and was paying 20.00 a month which they automatically took out of my account. I was expecting to have the membership discontinued after the one year, but found out that they kept taking the money out of my account even though the year was up. I called about this and they said I would have to come in and discontinue my membership in writing. I was also told that I would have to pay another month after I cancelled my membership with them because that's how long it takes for their bank to get the paperwork done. I was so mad that I cancelled my debit card and got another. They kept calling me at the beginning of the month to tell me they were unable to obtain my payment. I spoke with a [redacted] at the salon and she was very rude and told me I would need to come in and cancel. I went in expecting to be done with it and was told they would not take my cancellation unless I payed all back dues. I told her that I was not going to and she said she would speak with the owner and see about getting it resolved. I have yet to hear back and they keep calling at the beginning of the month wanting my payment. I assume I will have go in and pay the full amount before I owe several hundred and they turn me into a collection agency.
