Hi this is Ron from buy rite auto sales in Shakopee mn we looking into it and we couldn't find his name or any vehicle sold 8/20/to [redacted] or have we talked to him, We think he must have the wrong dealership if he can provide what vehicle he bought and have him double check the location, Thanks
I am rejecting this response because: this statement is by the responderI asked to speak with the owner and was told he wouldn’t be in town for a few weeksWhen asking about my Yukon and it’s value as well as the Altima, I was told they put in a couple thousand dollars worth of work onto my Yukon so the value would of course be different than the Altima I asked what had been done and caught the gentleman lying about prices and problems, so I reminded him what he had just stated two minutes prior, in which he immediately changed his storyThe company can’t keep to one story and truly hands out lemons to customers and since there are NO regulations on used vehicles, these folks are allowed to be thievesBefore the gentleman hung up on me, I had asked for his lawyer’s number, he spouted off it was none of my damn business and hung up on meThere was no call from the owner or their lawyerThis is a masking to fraudulent activity in the state of Minnesota
Review: I purchased a car 2002 Acura TL in feb of this yr. I have had it all of about 3 months now and the transmission completely failed. I was repeatedly told that it was a perfect car and I was lucky because there's nothing wrong with it and that her mechanic had looked it over and fixed the things that needed done. I have only had it for three months and the tranny went and the gears and they failed to tell me that the milage showed a inconsistency at the state and the transmission was recalled. When I went to talk to her she told me that they where not rolled back that a new motor was put in and that is why the miles were 25,000 different than what they should be. She told us that she can get any info on the car due to HIPPA law so she has no way of knowing if anything was wrong with it or not. I have contracts from the purchase that not only didn't disclose the discrepancy that didn't write the actual milage anywhere on the paperwork even the state pink slip. I actually think that I overpaid for the car to start with but I like the car. I am now stuck with a loan for 3 yrs and a car that doesn't run. The garage that sold it to me couldn't have been any more ignorant and full of crap if they tried! I have since their lying excuses found out that I may have a way to fix it but that doesn't erase the facts !! I am contacting the state police and a attorney as well..Desired Settlement: I would entertain repair however would just like my money back from this company (buy rite auto) to pay the loan off so I can get a car from a reputable location.

BUY RITE AUTO SALE
[redacted], Mgr, at Buy Rite Auto Sales, sold a 2002 Acura 3.2TL to a [redacted] and a [redacted] on May 24, 2013. The car was PA inspected from a PA Certified Independent Inspection Agent [redacted].
At that time we were told it needed ball joints, rotors and brake pads as well as inspection and emissions. We put in $344.82. The car was PA inspected and a very good running car when it was sold.
Buy Rite Auto and many other Dealers use Auto Check to verify problems or inconsistencies-copy attached. As you see there is no title problem. CarFax is not a PA Certified document. They are an independent business. The MV4 does not get mileage put on it(there is no place for it). Only the title. We purchased this vehicle off a very reputable Ford Dealership in Corry Pa.
We as a Carlot industry must go by legal Department of PA documents and odometer readings done at the time of purchase and sale. This was done for this car. I went by what the states(on Both Titles) stated and the odometer reading on the car. There was no fraud intended as she is trying to state.
The car ran great and she loved it. Not until June 19th (not one month, not two months, not three months later, but going on 4 months) did I even know there was a problem. At this time she did state she's not working and couldn't pay her payment for her loan or any additional costs. It is our belief of this unfortunate incident almost 4 months later, that if this wouldn't of happened, we would not of ever heard from them.
We offer extended warranties on our used cars. They decided not to get one due to the additional cost involved. This car was then sold as is with no warranty. Documents included with their signatures.
As you see, in the Bill of Sale, this is a "AS-IS" purchase and on the Buyers Guide- this purchase was AS- IS No Warranty- and on the back of the Buyers Guide it lists all the things that could happen to a used car and there is signatures on each one of [redacted] and [redacted] copies. They didn't come to us 1 month after, not two months after purchase or even three months after, but almost 4 months after the purchase. I told them at purchase- all sales are AS-IS they signed accepting that.
We do have a very reputable carlot and have been here for many many years. We are known for very good cars, trucks and suv's. I'm sorry to hear they had a problem. As it states they may have a way to fix it so I hope they can.
Any questions reguarding this matter please call me at [redacted].
Thank you,
[redacted] MGR
