Review: We ordered furniture from Buy Buy Baby in January of 2014. We received furniture 8 weeks later, but 3 of the 5 pieces are either damaged or not what we ordered. The dresser has a broken drawer, the crib looks like someone hit it with a hammer, and the rocking chair came in the wrong color. We have called numerous times and were told that it would take 3 weeks to get the chair, and it has been over 3 weeks. We still don't know when we will get the damaged furniture replaced.Desired Settlement: We would just like all of the furniture we ordered to be delivered in good condition so we can finally get our baby settled into his nursery
Review: I have requested via email and telephone numerous times to please stop emailing me. I do not want email from buybuy Baby and yet they continue emailing me at least 2 to 3 times a week!
Is there any thing I can do to stop this? I find it extremely annoying!! I did not request emails from this company nor do I want them.
I'm tired of calling and requesting (via email too) the to stop.
PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: No further contact would be wonderful.

Review: I received a 20% off coupon in the mail for the new Tukwila, WA location for Buy Baby Buy. I selected the dresser I wanted which was a Child Craft dresser. I carefully read the brands that were excluded and Child Craft was not listed as one of the excluded brands. I got to the register and the salesperson and the manager said that this item could not use the 20% off coupon because the "parent company" was listed as being excluded. As a consumer I have no way of know what the parent company name because its not listed on the product, and in fact is not even listed on Child Craft website. I feel this is deceptive and false advertising that was used to lure people into the store and then not honor the coupon.Desired Settlement: I would like the 20% off coupon to be honored for the Child Craft Dresser.

Review: I purchased a box of 180 count diapers. The diapers are the stores brand (buy buy baby). After using approximately 30 of the diapers, I found them to be of inferior quality as they leaked and did not absorb as a diaper should. I contacted the company to return the unused portion and was told that because they were opened that they were nonreturnable. It does not state anywhere on my receipt that diapers would not be returnable if opened. There is a reason for return section in which you can choose "dissatisfied' as the reason for returning an item. How would I know that I'm dissatisfied unless I opened and used at least 1 diaper? I spoke to customer service and a manager who both stated that I could not return my purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or replacement with a different brand of diaper.
