Review: Buy and Large Inc. had a bathtub listed on Amazon. com for $379.00. I called to order and the customer service representative verified the price for right or left side drain. I did not yet place the order because he needed to check on a second bathtub I wanted. On our third conversation, he told me the price had changed and now it costs $539.00. I told him he should honor the price advertised on Amazon. He said sorry the price changed. It was a mistake. I checked Amazon and loaded it to my cart, and the price was still $379.00. I called him back and once again told him that he should honor the advertised price, but he said no the price had changed. He told me to look it up on Amazon, so I did, and at that point the price said $539.00. I told him I would report him to the Revdex.com. He said, "I don't give a [redacted] what you do." I called Amazon and they just said the seller could do what they want. I think Amazon should hold its sellers accountable for price accuracy as well as using respectful language.Desired Settlement: I

Review: I ordered a Swanstone shower kit which was delivered 1/21/2014. The kit consists of a back panel and two side panels. The color (bone white) pattern of the back panel is horizontal while the color pattern of the two side panels is vertical. The panels are very blatantly mismatched - this is a quality control issue and Buy and Large Inc. will not take responsibility for the return and/or replacement of either the back panel or two side panels to match the other. In fact, the Sales Manager will not return my phone call. The delivery truck driver would not accept the product back to be returned to Buy and Large Inc.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the back panel that would have a vertical color pattern to match the side panels.
