Review: On April 21, 2009 my husband and I entered into agreement with Butler County Memorial Park a contract to purchase 2 burial vaults. The vaults were paid by monthly installments of $25.69, account # [redacted]. On 4/11/14 the account was paid in full with a payment of $333.97. On May 14, 2014 we received a phone message from "[redacted]" at the office stating that she had our vault certificates and we could make an appointment to pick them up. I returned her call requesting that she mail them to us as it is very difficult at this time for us to be in town in order to meet an appointment. She said she could not mail them without the permission of her boss, [redacted]. She was to check with him and see if she could mail them. We did not receive the certificates within a reasonable amount of time so I called [redacted] back. She said she was not permitted to mail them according to her manager, [redacted]. Since then I have made numerous attempts to reach [redacted], but he has not returned any of my calls. My request is simply that our vault certificates be forwarded to us. Why can this not be done? If it is a matter of the cost of postage to insure they do indeed arrive in our hands; there is a $10.00 interest credit due to us for paying the account off early; which I would be glad to be used towards postage and handling.Desired Settlement: I would like our vault certificates to be mailed to us.
