Irresponsible staff and ownerOn 03/31/my month old daughter was bitten repeatedly by a toddler for over a minute with no response from staff because the nearest staff member was on her phone not paying attention and more or less ignored the cries for help until it was far to lateIncident resulted in puncture wounds and bruising severe enough to require ER attentionRatio was staff to children of varying agesThis incident has brought attention to many others with similar issues at this facility
