Hello,  I recently contacted Revdex.com about great Heights Relo**tion. At the begininning of [redacted] we settled on an amount of $300.00. To date, I have not received this payment. PLease let me know what the next step is.   Thank you,   [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me for now. I will also be filing a dispute in small claims court.

[redacted]'s household goods were delivered on [redacted] signed both of her inventory pages (see attachments) approving that all had been delivered.On [redacted] sent us an email claiming that some items were not delivered. We ha replied back saying that we will...

investigate in to it even though it was all delivered and signed by [redacted].[redacted] did not purchase any kind of insurance that was offered to her, she chose the limited liability overage of $0.60 per lb per article.The items that [redacted] claimed that were missing are all PBO ( Packed By Owner) and we are not liable for the content inside boxes and bins if they are not packed by us.There is no solid proof of what was in [redacted]'s boxes due to the fact that we did not pack the boxes.We tried **lling [redacted] multiple times with an offer of $300, even though we were not obligated to do so and was purely out of good faith but she never answers or returns our **lls.[redacted]'s communi**tion was very poor through out the whole process and it started when her check returned and we were not able to get a hold of her for over 3 months. All together, we attempted to reach [redacted] 23 times as of [redacted] when her check was returned and through out [redacted], when we tried to settle with her.
