Review: I purchased a very expensive main door about year and a half ago. The subcontractor was very rude and did a substandard job. The trim for the door never arrived with the door. The subcontractor put a hole in my wall. I told him he needed to fix it. He abruptly went to his truck and returned to use his finger and put a white substance in the wall. This substance never hardened. You can put your finger in it. He installed caulking around the front of the door. It doesnt match the brick of the house and is very sloppy. After many phone calls and a visit to the White Oak store, I was given another subcontractor. He came to my home two times saying he was trying to match the color of the stain for the trim. After many unreturned phone calls. He has never returned.Desired Settlement: I want the trim for the door installed. I need the hole in the wall properly fixed along with the caulking on the exterior brick.
