As a Senior Citizen traveling alone, I need extra time, extra space, and I had a few questions about traveling in general. Stephanie discussed several flight options with me over the phone. She was so very patient as I had to make a few calls and check times and locations with my family here and overseas. We were dealing with 3 time zones and a day difference. Throughout the whole process Stephanie was patient and courteous and very helpful. It is a comfort to know that I can call and ask for help or advice during the trip. We are satisfied with the price we are paying, and with the itinerary we decided on. Stephanie did an outstanding job. We will definitely be buying from this company again.

Unlike John C, Stephanie booked me a ticket in February 2022 for a Melbourne- London return flight in May, which turned out not to be available. I am packed and ready to fly but after 60 days and 33 emails full of excuses for delay, I am still waiting for my tickets

I am a retired veteran of the Navy. I travel from Chicago to Bangkok twice a year. I am so grateful for Stepahanie who makes it possible for me to afford business class when I fly. I just wanted to say thank you to her for saving this old man from having to fly in economy. If I had not found you there is no way I would be able to make these long flights.
