Burrell Sanitation

Review: Upon asking for my service to be discontinued at the close of the month, I was told that I cannot request to discontinue service until the end of the current quarter and that they do not refund previously paid fees. I was informed that this is their businesses practice and has been for years. I stated that this cancellation policy was not verbalized or noted in writing upon establishment of service; to which I was told that I should not inform them of how to conduct business.Desired Settlement: I would like my garbage collection service with Burrell Sanitation to be discontinued as of January 31, 2015, along with a refund check for the remaining balance of $40 for unused service.
