Burns Custom Home Improvements

Austin Burns promised a two coat painting for the interior of our home. He did one coat and when he was finished the paint under the new paint began to show through in spots. I called him and he was very upset. He said he was on a job in Scottsdale and would get back to me. Two weeks went by and there was no phone call. He was very angry with me for calling him back, but did come and re-do the spots. He said it was a long way from where he was and it was costing him a lot of time and gas. I gave him 20.00 for his gas, but he was still angry. I had close to 4 gallons of paint left over, but he made the paint un-useable by dumping paper, rollers and tape in the bucket with the paint. If he had done the two coats as promised, there would have never been a problem. I did have one other issue with this company...his painters climbed on my granite counter tops and made a small crack in the rock.
