The vehicle was sold to me with the SRS air bag cover loose. I did not think much of it until I was driving and the cover fell off and I initially that there was no air bag. My mechanic stated this was very dangerous and that the air bag, which he saw in the video I sent him, could deploy without it being secured. I called the Burns Location and spoke with Stephanie and she conferred with Lisa. Lisa told Stephanie that their service department was booked up that day and the next and to take it elsewhere, hopefully they won't charge me. Then Susan from their main office blocked my online account and after a being accommodating PREVIOUS to this discovery and confrontation she began threatening my credit. At one point, claiming she only processed payments but inserting herself in the issue and stating that their service department isn't 'full service'. Susan claiming that Lisa 'had been making attempts to call me.' There was 1 voicemail from Stephanie. No more than that, and then, stated I had an appointment scheduled with their service department, on Tuesday, March 3rd, at 10 or 10:30 am. I did not show for the appointment as I am concerned about the integrity of any further work performed per their on Susan Hthey are not a full service shop. Though, they are receiving vehicle, repairing and putting them on sale to the public and clearly targeting customer with credit disadvantages/challenges. Video is available. A mechanic who saw the video stated I shouldn't not have been driving in that condition as the air bag could have deployed and caused serious injury to death.
