To whom it may concern:Upon receiving notice of the complaint (# [redacted] ) made by [redacted] ***, we sent her via [redacted] (4) glasses, as requested, as well as a t-shirt and some stickers, all at our costAccording to [redacted] **, the complainant's package was delivered on 2/03/(see attached documentation) Due to the high volume of orders at the holidays, we did our best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, and we can only assume [redacted] did its best to deliver their packages on time We regret the misunderstanding, but never acted out of malice We believe the complainant to be particularly demanding and while her order was for $in merchandise, her request was for $in merchandise, which we obliged and sent $in merchandise as well as paying for shipping the items Therefore, we stand behind our conclusion that this matter has been resolved in a more than satisfactory manner and this incident should in no way reflect poorly upon our business

documentation).  Due to the high volume of orders at the holidays, we did our best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, and we can only assume [redacted] did its best to deliver their packages on time.   We regret the misunderstanding, but never acted out of malice.  We believe the complainant to be particularly demanding and while her order was for $13.00 in merchandise, her request was for  $16 in merchandise, which we obliged and sent $41 in merchandise as well as paying for shipping the items.  Therefore, we stand behind our conclusion that this matter has been resolved in a more than satisfactory manner and this incident should in no way reflect poorly upon our business.
