The business lied about what was included with the product after I specifically asked. Upon discovering they had sold me something completely different they refused to give me a refund
My employee never lied about the product, the box clearly listed everything that was inside. I understand that you are upset and want a refund, however our policy is no returns or exchanges on any item in the store. If the product came back unopened we could possibly do something about the situation to help. Unfortunately, the item came back from the customer opened and not sanitary for resell, especially with COVID-19 currently taking action throughout the USA. Our store has become extra hygienic to make sure all customers are safe by cleaning our store thoroughly and wearing masks/gloves. Although, we know its stressful times and our store is known for having excellent service. We want to help and make sure you are satisfied with shopping with us. We can try to work out an exchange or refund. Please revisit the store and we will resolve this matter for you. Appreciate you for always shopping at Burien Smoke Shop.
