Review: My fianc nor son cared for the pizza, which I asked to bring back the 2/3 remaining pizza for a partial refund. Person who attempted to resolve, [redacted] advised that she was 99.9% sure that owner was not going to do anything. We ordered on a Friday night and no one would eat any more of the entire weekend, so I asked for a partial refund on Monday. [redacted] continued to tell me well everybody loves their pizza and it must just be you. I asked for owner, however was told that he could not come to the phone. I offered to drive out to have them look at remaining pizza to issue partial refund, however I was told that he likely would not do anything. looking for help to resolve this matter at this time. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like a partial credit for food we do not care for.

As a follow up to our conversation last week, I reached out to this unhappy customer via phone, left message with my cell number for him to call and discuss. As of yet he has not responded! Under normal circumstances we would not refund a customer 3 days following purchase of product from our establishment. If customer has a concern with one of our products we would expect contact that day at which time we will address the concern and do what is right to assist customer with their complaint.
