Burgerim and I entered into an agreement on 08/16/18 to terminated our Franchise Agreement. Burgerim has not released the $*** as per agreement terms.
On August 16th, 2018, I entered into an agreement with Burgerim Group USA, Inc. to terminate and cancel the Franchise Agreement that was in effect on Sept 24th, 2017.
As per Section Two: Time for Payment $*** was to be released to the Franchisor in 120 business days from the date of the agreement (August 16th, 2018).
Every time we are lucky enough to get ahold of someone at Burgerim, we get a different issue some are listed below:
1.Burgerim did not have an address on file to mail the check (I sent within seconds)
2.Burgerim claimed to mail the check and had to cancel it (never provided a tracking number to validate)
3.Management is on vacation due to Easter so Burgerim will have to wait until after Easter for management to sign the check
4.Check will be mailed and tracking number will be provided (we never received anything)
5.There was fraud against Burgerim's Chase account, therefore they cannot mail a check
6.Wire information is needed for same day transfer (sent but no transfer occurred for months)
On May 31st, 2019 Burgerim finally wired $*** into my bank account. When asked why they only wired $*** and not the full $*** (Controller @ Burgerim) stated "My apologies, that's my total limit for a day. I'll send the balance next week."
I have reached out to Burgerim every single day since that transaction. *** (*** @ Burgerim) even sent me a picture of a check via text, stating that she will mail it but has been avoiding all communication since.
The only time I am able to get *** on the phone is when I call from a different phone number that she does not recognize. Each time, she assures me that the check will be in the mail the next business day or a wire will occur, but several weeks later, I have not received the $*** balance.
*** now blocked my phone number and hangs up right away if I call. Other employees @ Burgerim have been told not to speak to me as well.

I would like to receive a wire or check for the remaining $*** that they owe me as per the signed agreement.
Company issued a refund after I filed the Revdex.com complaint.
Burgerim "Franchise" refuse to refund my $*** franchise deposit that was paid on 4/11/2017 and continue to ignore my emails and phone calls.
1- 4/11/2017 I signed a franchise contract for 3 locations and paid Burgerim $*** deposit.
2- Had several problems with Burgerim real estate agents in finding good location for the business.
3- I complained to Burgerim several times and they promised they will find other locations.
4- after a long wait Burgerim failed to find locations, additionally my partner could not take loans as promised by Burgerim that they guarantee a loan.
5- After a long negotiation and rejection from Burgerim they finally decided to send Agreement contract to cancel franchise on 12/22/2018 and refund my full money back in XX-XXX business day from 12/22/2018.
6- After the due date I contacted *** from the cancelation Department
XXX-XXX-XXXX email: @iburgerim.com and promised that the check was scheduled to go out on June 14 or sooner.
7- I have not received or heard anything from Burgerim.
8- I start to contact Burgerim but they continue to ignore my emails and phone calls.
9- I sent several emails asking when will I receive the check, and no answer.
10- all documents and email communication are filed and saved.
11- some phone calls with all over promises were recorded as well.
I need my deposit of $
Hours of operation that are posted online and in the store front are not real, they begin denying service around 8:30pm. They offer a Groupon online but do not take it half the time. The staff is rude and the store is closed on random days.
Refund A $20 refund for my Groupon and a $20 refund for the gas I spent driving there multiple times because I was tricked by fake advertising.
