an adjustable bed is that it cannot connect to a headboard in the same way a traditional mattress and box springs would when attached with a frame. It is unfortunate that the employees you dealt with in our store misunderstood the nature of how this bed was to be properly set up. For that I have apologized.To rectify the situation as best we can, we will provide free of charge to you; a full size metal bed frame that can be attached to your custom made headboard in which the adjustable base will then sit.The metal frame can then be attached to your custom made headboard (that was not purchased from us) by drilling holes for the bolts to mount to the headboard. We will under no circumstances drill holes into a headboard that was custom made and not purchased from us. We cannot and will not be liable for any damages that might result from modifying the custom made headboard. As discussed previously with Mrs***; we continue to suggest that you return to the company that made the headboard exclusively for you and ask them to refer you to someone who would be willing to take on the liability and do the modification and installation.Please let us know when you will be picking up the frame we have agreed to supply at our cost.Sincerely,*** ***Executive Vice PresidentBurdorf InteriorsCC: response@Revdex.comkyin.org

Had you offered this solution, as I requested, at the time of our discussion, it would have been a small price on your part to retain a loyal customer. Having recently received superb customer service from several other companies, it points out even more the glaring weakness of you and your company.
