Burdge Construction Company

Review: A contract was signed with Clay Burdge on March 10, 2013 to build a new addition to an existing deck and repair the old boards, rails and steps to the existing structure. The total amount of the contract was to be $3175 with a deposit of $1700 paid on March 10. The addition was started in April. It took until sometime in June for the new 9' x 20' to be built but not completed. Since that time no other work has been done by Clay Burdge to fulfill the contract. We have tried numerous times to get in touch with Clay with no return calls. We are requesting some of our money back but will get no response from him.Desired Settlement: Desired settlement would be $700.00
