On November 10th I placed an order with this lady. By 11/22/2019 she sent me a message informing me that my order was shipped. I’ve been back and forth with her about getting my refund through email, text and Instagram where she blocked me. I then emailed her again to told her that she was committing fraud by taking people’s money and not sending the things I paid for. I asked her for a refund and she doesn’t want to refund me my money. It’s now December 30th and this lady still haven’t give me my money back.
Her address *** Suite *** Gaithersburg, Maryland ***. Telephone number ***. The picture I uploaded is the picture I took when I received my package I ordered since November 10th, 2019. It wasn’t what I paid for! There wasn’t a receipt in the package also the hair she sent was dry, dull, and frizzy. I couldn’t contact her because she blocked me. She was very rude towards me asking for my refund. I will never order from her again and I hope a lot of people see this.
