I have two Belgian Malinois and I get the toy-only box with an extra toy. For $43 I get 5 durable toys for my girls, which is about a third of what I was paying before for toys that would only last a few days. I recommend Bullymake to anyone with a power chewer; I've alresdy gotten my mom on board for her Staffie mix! Amazing customer service!

Bullymake is wonderful! My boxes come quickly and I love the product. I have 3 pitbull mixes and these are the only toys that hold up. A few times they have been destroyed and bullymakes costumer service is top notch, replacements are sent out quickly with no problems.

My dogs are ecstatic to get our Bullymake box every month! The toys DO last longer than the ones I've purchased in the store (but still about 7-10 days). Also the treats are their favorite! I'm very satisfied with my subscription. Definitely worth the money to me.

I have been a month subscriber of Bullymake for about a year and have had nothing but a positive experience. They let me know when my box is on the way and when it is delivered. Their website is simple and easy to navigate! Bullymake's customer service team was extremely helpful and polite when I called regarding a toy replacement. Their 14 day guarantee on all toys is very reasonable considering these toys are designed for all power chewers.

When they say they are sending you durable toys they mean it! Bullymake is all about QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY! My dog loves all the toys and treats and has a difficult time tearing all his toys apart. NO PLUSH TOYS!

I have a 100lb German shepherd that destroys EVERYTHING I buy him within hours but after trying a few Bullymake products I will never go back to anything else again. The toys are extremely durable and my dog absolutely loves every one of them along with a few treats from Bullymake. I highly recommend and will continue my business with them in the future. Thank you!!

Placed my first order in dec 29th 2017 - NEVER RECEIVED. Emailed agent said they would ship another box Jan 20th 2018 - NEVER RECEIVED. Charged $39.00

#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - was advise package would ship and arrive 10 to 15 business days - still have not received - per tracking # my package has been sitting since Monday, January 29th:Enroute to Local USPS Facility at 12:37 AM DALLAS, TX. Was also advised by agent if I did not receive 2nd shipment by feb 2018 I would get a FULL REFUND. However they have no phone numbers listed everything is by email - I was get a different person who replies to me and no one ever address my REFUND CONCERN. I also did notice - that they save your credit card info and will continue to charge and ship you boxes. Even though at time of purchase I only agreed to pay for 1 box. Customer agent refers to it as a subscription. which is very deceiving if you only want to order 1 box. I am now out 39.00 and NO DOG TOYS.

Desired Outcome

A FULL REFUND AS PROMISED BY AGENT - I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY SHIPMENT FROM COMPANY IF THEY TRACK THEIR PACKAGES 1 IS IN CA AND THE OTHER IN TX.

Upon checking your tracking, at this point you have received the shipment.

We aren't sure what has occurred or why the shipment took so long to arrive you in Hawaii, and for that, we apologize.

We contacted our carrier (in this case, USPS) to inquire what the issue may have been - they aren't 100% sure and weren't able to provide us much information.

You also have a second shipment that is en route since our agent assumed your first shipment was lost. Here are all the corresponding tracking links:

So you will receive a second box for free as well since you were only charged for the original purchase.

I've also issued a 50% refund on your first charge due to the inconvenience this may have caused.

As such, you will receive 2 boxes for half the price of just 1 box.

I'm a fan of Bullymake. My dog, an 80-pound American Pit Bull Terrier who's chewed through countless toys and even a bed, has loved everything we've gotten from Bullymake. The toys are durable and he loves the treats. Insofar as I've had any issues around toy durability, the company has rectified them quickly. I've already recommended this company to friends who own dogs similar to mine.

I've been a huge supporter of Bullymake and their products for the last couple years. The durability of their toys is incredible. My dog has been playing with the same toy for well over a year. It doesn't matter what else we get, she has her favorite! I've yet to encounter any problems with the shipping. My dog is happy, so I'm happy!

I have had great interactions with this company. I have a boxer/dalmatian mix that has always gone through toys in an instant. My orders have arrived promptly, and I haven't had any issues with the contents of the box. I recently switched over from a different subscription dog toy box that wasn't cutting it with my dog and suffice it to say, I have been very pleased with the change.

Great experience overall.

I only wanted to order 1 box just to see what the company offered. Instead, I continued to get charged for the boxes as well as get shipped boxes. I emailed the company after the second box and they said that they would put my subscription "on hold" until I wanted more boxes. Then, I got charged again for a 3rd box! I had to email AGAIN to finally cancel my subscription. Only after many emails did they offer a refund for the third box. This business is NOT customer friendly in any way. Beware.

I can not say this enough - do NOT purchase from this company. My dog is an aggressive chewer so it sounded like the perfect solution and I paid for a 3 month subscription right off the bat. Despite my address being correct on my account, my first box was shipped to a city hours away. The next two were lost and took over a month each to be delivered from the time they were shipped. So I requested my subscription be canceled. I received a confirmation email that everything was canceled. Mere hours later I was charged for a 3 month renewal. I was irritated to say the least, but was assured the cancelation would take effect at the end of this renewal (I won't hold my breath and will likely cancel the card I used to be safe). Now here we are, over a month later and since my box supposedly shipped. Nothing. Customer service, if you can call it that, can't provide answers either. My requests for a replacement or a refund are ignored. This company definitely took advantage of my love for my dog and stole from me.

I am a recent subscriber of the Bullymake box. I have a pitbull puppy who is definitely a power chewer and loved the idea of a monthly toy subscription that catered to my dogs needs. I have only recieved 2 boxes (October and November) and I am already at my wit's end with the customer service team and quality of their products. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered in regards to my replacement toy order (because my dog has been able to destroy the toys in both boxes) I've been sent "invalid" tracking links, and after only 2 boxes, I've been sent repeat toys. Today I had finally had enough, after trying for 3 weeks to get through to their customer service team via email. I sent a direct message to the Bullymake facebook page expressing my concerns. They replied saying they had never recieved an email from me before (lie) and completely ignored 3/4 of my concerns, only offering a solution for my latest damaged toy. No appology, no consideration or acknowlegement of anything else I had said. For $65/month, to recieve only 2 durable toys and repeat toys after only the second month, and still waiting a month later to recieve my replacements, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. Bullymake has been nothing but a hassle and a headache, for what is supposed to be a convenient subscription service. Highly do not recommend.
