Bullymake

Not happy with product. Requesting refund.
I am the purchaser of the 12 month subscription to Bullymake for my daughter, Janeen's dog, Kenzie. Bullymake sends out monthly boxes of dog toys and treats. Kenzie DOES NOT LIKE 80% of the DOG TOYS and TREATS that Bullymake sends. I have complained via email to Bullymake several times about this and requested to have my subscription stopped and requested a refund of$183.50, which is equal to half a year's subscription. I paid $367 for the full year subscription. I never saw anything stating that the subscription was non-refundable. Had I seen that, I would only have subscribed for a month or two, to see if Kenzie likes it. Unfortunately, there is a lower monthly price if you subscribe for multiple months, so I chose that option. Even after we open a dog treat bag, Kenzie will smell the treat and REFUSE TO EAT IT. We cannot even donate the unused treats to the Humane Society where my daughter adopted Kenzie because they cannot take opened product. This company STINKS!!!

We received our first box and we love it! Can't wait to receive next month's box. I loved it so much that I ordered one as a gift for my nephew's pup.

My American Bulldog loves the treats and you can choose to avoid certain food allergies. When you order it up separately these boxes save you a lot of money every year.

My granddogs have torn up every toy I bought in the local discount ctrs. bully make has been the only toy brand that the dogs are able to play with and not been able to destroy. Our first Bullybox was a success. For some reason our dog did not take liking to the Bullymake Peanutbutter candy bar. It smelled delicious, but for whatever reason our dog wasn't interested. Bullymake replaced the item with another chew item (steak bone item) and my dog loved it. He also loved the treats and working for treats while playing with the red dice included in the initial box. We are looking forward to the next one.

Love the bullymake box! My fur babies are extreme power chewers who have destroyed every other "tough chew" toy I've tried!
