We recently had a commercial property damage claim a storm. we contacted Shane and within hours you have an hour commercial properties secured. Shane handled the claim process for us and was able to settle our claim and restore our buildings. We will always turn to Shane for our commercial roofing consulting needs.

Bullseye Contracting stated that they would handle all invoices from suppliers and subcontractors for this job and that we wouldn't have to do anything except pay them at the appropriate time. Our first payment of our deposit and part of the insurance check was for the purchase of the materials for the job as we thought they might get it done before it got to cold for the work. They couldn't get it done until spring the next year and we found out after the job was done for two months that they had not turned in any invoices for the work to the insurance company to pay the subcontractors when we received letters saying they had put liens on our house. We were able to get that our of them and pay the subcontractors directly in June. Now I just received a letter from the material supplier saying they have put a lien on our house and that Bullseye didn't use any of the first $4600 to pay for the materials even though they said that was paid for. They have left the state and disconnected all available phone numbers and e-mail contact.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] We couldn't send the remaining $637 because they closed up their office here and disconnected/not answer their numbers when we called to find out where to send the final check. I tried asking the other two subcontractors we had to pay ourselves in June 2017 after ***' breach of contract with them and they had no way to reach them anymore. The first payment was given back on October 4, 2016 and the supplies should have been paid already or at least when delivered on March 29, 2017, but it is not. We will not send a final payment until the supplier is paid in full. Once we have been notified by the material supplier or the Wisconsin Revdex.com that they have been paid and they give us a viable address to send a check then we will make the final payment. *** cannot be trusted to tell the truth as he and his representative Angela Dean have lied multiple times over and there are 24 other customers in the same boat here in Lancaster county.Thank you

Bullseye has not filed the lien so what *** is saying makes no sense. It is the supply company that delivered the roofing materials that has placed the lien due to ***'s failure to pay the bill even though it was Angela who told me that it was paid out of the first installment. The supplier is coming after us because of *** pocketing the money and not paying for the supplies up front as should have been done and has been stated being done verbally over the phone to me. I have talked to the supplier more than once now and fortunately some people were smart enough to have not paid anything up front. They have been able to pay the supplier directly to get the liens off. For the rest of us *** is screwing us over. $637 will not pay for what is owed. If he will pay the difference to the supplier then I will send the remaining $637 direct to the supplier as he would be more than happy for me to do that. I am not giving *** any more money to then disappear and cheat us out of more money.

Regards
