Agreed to a free trial of Allumiere products, received the products and did not like them. No loss right, free trial. Checked my bank statement and I was charged $98 for each of the products in the free trial. I contacted Allumiere and after sternly convincing them that I did not want their products they agreed to a refund stating the refund may take 6-8 weeks. At the end of 8 weeks I contacted Allumiere again and they requested the tracking number for the product return. I sent the tracking information via email with the confirmed delivery notice. Not one to jump to conclusions but I believe that if I did not have the tracking number Allumiere would have denied receiving the returned product. I received an email from Allumiere stating I would receive a money order for $78 per product totaling $156. I required about the difference between what was paid and the amount of the refund. Allumiere replied that there is a $20 per product restocking fee. I looked at dozens of Allumiere free trial adds on the internet and some stated a restocking fee of $9 per product and others did not have a restocking fee. I replied back with this information and Allumiere responded back that the $20 restocking fee was in the free trial terms and conditions that I agreed to. I requested Allumiere sent me a copy of these terms and conditions including my agreement of these terms. This was the last correspondence with Allumiere and took place on March 16, 2018. No response and no refund as of today March 24, 2018.

Third, I want other consumers to be informed regarding the falseness of their claims and their reluctance to provide a refund.

As the refund processing time is up to the financial institution, and we have already issued the refund on our end, there is nothing further that we can do. The customer will need to speak with their financial institution regarding the refund.

I was told in December 2017 during a conversation with customer service that the refund would be provided via my bank card and then in March 2018 when I emailed customer service ( because I had not received the refund) I was told that I would be sent a cashiers check. I have not received either form of refund payment. How was the refund issued? If via a financial institution, which bank and how much was the refund? When was the refund issued? Who was the refund issued to? As of May 2018 I have not received any refunds. Please advise.
