How was I supposed to tell if the fixture would work if it was not connected?  It is equally hard to tell if a fixture is crooked by merely holding it up.  This policy is definitely not consumer friendly, I have submitted additional complains to the Attorney Generals off ice  and the Secretary of State.  I consider this whole situation a scam designed to sell faulty fixtures.  Regards,
