is required by code through our design mix and concrete additives for improved strength, and attempt to reduce shrinkage cracks, which is the most common cause of concrete cracks.  We would be happy to provide a Swiss Hammer test to ensure that the concrete has met or exceeded the design strength required by code.  This is the limit of our liability, as we can not possibly warrant against concrete cracks, as it is something that can and does occur given the nature of the material.  Unfortunately, cracking does occur in some foundations for many different reasons.  If a crack does occur, and it does leak, the standard industry repair is either an epoxy injection, a carbon fiber patch, or a combination of both.  This is not a service Builder's Bloc provides.
