Build It - Rebuild It

Being a retired general contractor, I am very careful when I employ contractors for personal work. Over the past two years, my wife and I have hired the "Build It Rebuild It, LLC" team for two different projects. The first was a total window replacement of our personal home. The second was a total exterior repaint and replacement of damaged exterior woodwork and doors. (Our home is 35 years old, and age had caught up to the exterior woodwork.)

Build It Rebuild It, LLC, was wonderful to work with. Walt and Chris performed the work on-time, on-budget, with top-quality workmanship. They are courteous, trustworthy, true to their word, and neat. The finished product is excellent!

Build It Re-Build It started out doing small projects at my home and for the past 3 years I have hired them to come back and remodel the whole interior of my home including demolition/installation of updates to 3 bathrooms, kitchen, building/finishing walls, tile work, crown molding, a back yard wood deck created around three oak trees, exterior house painting, replacing old lighting fixtures, light switches, electrical outlets, replacing old outlets and many other smaller remodeling things that go with projects in finishing the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good solid company. I am a customer that starts with an idea and many times as more thought was put into the project the design changed. They were open to the changes worked with me to achieve a design I am very happy with. Walt, Ann and Chris of Build It Re-Build It are well qualified, reliable, extremely good at what they do, fair and not only perform great to work no matter the task and what difficulties they run into while doing the work with but are also truly nice people. They have become friends over the course of our relationship. I have a few more projects to do in my home and will hire them again. This is a 5 star company.

Walt and Chris did a wonderful job with our exterior house painting, and the repairs of the woodwork which was needed before painting. They were reliable, efficient, thorough, timely, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile! They completely replaced an entire section of the ceiling of our porch that had rotted before painting it, and it fits in seemlessly. We will definitely use them again if we ever have other home improvement needs. :-) Cathi H.

Walt and his son Chris(Build it Re build It) just finished our total bath remodel and to say we are satisfied would be a under statement. From the minute we received our estimate from Walt and Ann we knew our experience would be a positive one. Through out the process of demolition of removing the old cabinets and shower Walt made sure when they left every day the bathroom was free of any debris. Walt kept us informed of when our new cabinets,countertops , and the tiles for the new shower would arrive. The quality of workmanship of both Walt and Chris really shows in the finished project. We have wanted to remodel this bathroom for many years and are really happy with results. Their is one more thing I would like to mention, My wife wanted a laundry basket built into the cabinet and Walt custom built her one and it actually is much better than she expected. So we give Walt and Chris our thanks for our new beautiful bathroom. So if anybody reads this review we say Build It Re Build is a 5 star experience

Build it - Rebuild it, LLC was fantastic to work with. Family owned and operated and they do it all. No subcontractors to deal with. Walt, Ann & Chris were great from start to finish. I had a guest bathroom and laundry room remodeled and they did the job as I requested and both rooms look great. I would highly recommend this team to do your job. If I need anymore work done in my home build it - Rebuild it, LLC will be the only company I will call to do the job. I had my master bathroom remodeled four months earlier by another company and had nothing but a nightmare and I mean a nightmare. I found build it - Rebuild it, LLC and was so happy to find them. I only wish I found them earlier to do my master bath as well. Thank you, Walt, Ann & Chris for everything.....ð???

Walt and Chris did a fantastic job installing wood beams and crown molding throughout our new home. The workmanship turned out to be so much better than the model home in our community. We were so impressed with their work that we had them return to install hard wood floors in our bedrooms and again did a wonderful job.
They are very professional and courteous.
It is hard to find people today that still have the old school work ethic like build it rebuild it.

Build It-Rebuild It renovated our master bathroom. Walt and Chris were very meticulous and professional. The bathroom looks dazzling! They do excellent quality work at a fair price. Walt is very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions and always took time to entertain our questions and explain thoroughly. He can do it all! I am ready to call them to come do our next project.
