Review: I moved to Sacramento and transfered my service to stay with this company. I called to transfer my service and stated I had a major ant problem. The tech came out for the initial service and said there is not much I can do, since it is raining. The tech through down some powdered chemical. I called the office to cancel my service. I felt there was no service done and I wanted to switch to a company someone recomended that did thorough service. I called the office to explain my dissatisfaction and wanted to cancel my service.The woman in the office said, you are going to still have to pay and hung up on me. They continued to invoice me for a tech not even doing anything except throwing down some powder and discouraged doing anything because it was raining. The company kept billing me, I said I should not pay for no service. They sent the bill to collections and I had no choice but to pay. I did not want my credit hurt and did not want to deal with this company under any circumstance.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded including the collection agency fees

I am writing in response to the complaint ID #[redacted] contacted Bugman Pest Control on December 19, 2014 to restart the service at [redacted].Then on December 23, 2014 Joel spoke to Kathy in the office to cancel the service. During that conservation [redacted] ever mentioned anything about been dissatisfied about the services. He told Kathy that he was canceling because he could not afford the service.I have enclosed the contract and the cancelation.Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted]-You contacted our company on December 19, 2014 and signed a contact for a Bi-Monthly service. If you were dissatisfied
in any way our company would have come back out to make you satisfied with our
services. This was not the case you called our on December 24, 2014 and spoke to [redacted] saying that you could not afford the services. We accepted
you’re cancelation on the bases you could not afford the services not that you were dissatisfied.
