Review: After towing my son's car away late on Saturday 2/1 night, my son is called on Sunday by an employee that to get his car back he has to meet the employee at a house on a back street with $120 cash. My son finds his car boxed in by another car on the street and is very cautious that this appears to be a scam to extort money from college students. The men drive up and request the cash while my son insists they move the car boxing him in first. He was not given a receipt or any record of the transaction. This encounter was not only costly and unprofessional, but a frightening experience.Desired Settlement: towing fees $120
