Noreen, as per our discussion about this matterI was called/hired by yourself to help in repairing your furnace and as you state in the complaint another local company had attempted and could not resolve the issue [redacted] *** [redacted] I had diagnosed the problem and had given you an estimate to repair your furnace, you had told me to go ahead and the part was orderedI was to come back the next day after the courier delivered the part, you had called and cancelled that next morning around 11am stating you decided the night before you where unable to pay for the repairI had asked why you waited to call as I had already paid for the part and the courier had already picked up the part [redacted] I had also told you at the end of the conversation that I understand that you are in a tough financial situation and that I wouldn't invoice you anything as the repair was not completedAfter this complaint was received I had also contacted [redacted] ***I am a professional and you had hired me for a service which I supplied, you cancelled the remainder of my services as we didn't stock the part you needed and I didn't charge you, which you should be liable for my hr diagnostic fee of $100, the ignition control board that I now have and don't need also the courier charge of $20-don't know the exact charge as I have not received my invoice from them yet
[redacted] I am rejecting this response because:All Buffalo heating has done in his responce is validate my claim to be true, not once has he stated what I am saying is so I don't see what I'm supposed to respond too [redacted] You can say what you want about that but at the end of the day, it was still working with no issues [redacted] *** , was unable to fix it after visits, [redacted] you had it in your head control board replacenment, and from the completely insane mark up in price [redacted] I said I would pay for your hour time it took you to destroy my control board so that I had no choice but to buy a new one, I'm just fortunate that my son, had the decency to look up the actuall price of those [redacted] [redacted] Sincerely, Noreen ***
