Problem has been resolved. The office manager was very understanding and issued me a check right away for the over charge Thank you for assisting with this issue. I am happy to say it was resolved as quickly as it was.

Review: I am a resident at [redacted] for 8 years which is a unit at the [redacted]. On 9/23/2013 at 8am, my vehicle was missing from our complex parking lot. Came to find out that my vehicle was towed by Bud's Towing on 9/23 at 1am. I went to Bud's Towing to pick up my car and the bill came up to a total of 252.05, which is my complaint. I am going to break the charges down that are on my receipt: $88.00 Towing Charge, $93.00 Road Service Charge, $48.00 Storage Charge for 2 days, $8.00 Fuel Charge and $15.05 Tax...total is 252.05. I am disputing the Road Service Charge because my vehicle was parked in my parking lot and the storage fees does not add up. The vehicle was in their possession for 8 1/2 hours, why was I billed for 2 days???....The guy that took care of this transaction proceeded by saying that he charged me this much because of my attitude! he also said first impression is everything! which I was upset because my car was towed from my own parking lot.Desired Settlement: I would like refund for the $93.00 and $24.00 for 1 day storage fee. My parking ID was damaged and not visible in the car's window so I accept the towing fees of $88.00 and $24.00 storage fees for 1 day and the tax on these 2 items. Please note that the vehicle was taken only 1.25 miles away from my home, which I mapquested it...Thank you
