13, 2015 she was very happy with the vehicle. In the next few days she contacted the manager and said there was on oil leak. As a goodwill gesture we had her bring the vehicle in and repaired vehicle. Unfortunately it did take a couple visits to cure the problem. We sell all of our vehicle AS-IS . Ms [redacted] has signed all documents pertaining to our AS-IS. She was also informed she could purchase a warranty through an outside company on her date of purchase but she declined. We also have documentation. As far as the ticking noise on the vehicle that has happened after we had repaired vehicle. Ms. [redacted] is liable for all repairs on this vehicle. We have been in business for almost 50 years.As of today Ms. [redacted] is behind on her car payments and technically can be found in default. There is nothing we can do for her at this point. As far as me dodging Ms. [redacted] that is untrue. She is not happy with what I have told her. I have tried to explain to her we can not fix something that was not a problem to begin with.
