Budget Rental

In regards to the aforementioned Revdex.com complaint case #***, please accept our apologies for any inconveniences that the customer has encountered during the rental process. Upon review we have found that the customer booked reservation online and was provided two pricing options, the first a standard pay at the counter rate, the second a discounted pay in advance (Pay Now) rate with specific agreed upon terms and conditions. The Pay Now rate was selected and he agreed to the terms listed below. We do not wish to deceive anyone and we do our best to make sure that all pertinent information is made available to our customer’s on our website. Budget has done its due diligence in attempting to clearly provide this information to our customer’s. The responsibility falls on the customer to understand what they are agreeing to or they should not proceed with the rental. Upon review of the rental details our records revealed that on April 02, 2018 a credit refund of $54.38 was applied to the visa card ending in 2539 that was used for the rental, and on April 04, 2018 a refund of $150.00 was applied to visa card a total of $204.38. Based on this information we have closed our customer service file.

Prepay

• If you use a debit card at a location that accepts them, we will perform a credit check to ensure credit worthiness before releasing the car and you must also present a second form of current identification. If you fail to pass the credit check, you will not be able to rent the car.

• Please review the terms and conditions on our confirmation page regarding credit or debit card acceptance at the location.

Since this information is available on the website at the time of booking, Payless has found that a refund is not in order.
