The terms and conditions regarding prepaid rentals is very clear on our website The website clearly states additional holds that are required when renting Ms [redacted] states that she called and spoke to someone at our location regarding exactly what was needed to rent the vehicle the day before the rental was to take place Ms [redacted] was advised that we would need to place a $hold on her husband’s credit card She states that she did not know if his card would have the funds available however she had a full hours to contact the credit card company to check on this as well as make a payment or ask for a credit limit extension Our policy is that we will only try to authorize on different cards after one has declined I can assure you that NO ONE at my location would have told her she was just out the money We offer every customer the number to the department they can contact for a refund [redacted] Airport Manager Capital Airport Drive Springfield, IL 217-306-

Review: On August [redacted] at 8:42am, I [redacted] owner of My Guys Moving rented a truck from Budget located at A and M Automotive [redacted] contract ref # [redacted], vehicle # [redacted]. The truck was rented on 8/**/2015, 8:42am to be returned back on 8/**/2015 at 8:42. However, the truck was returned on 8/**/2015 at 11:56am with a total mileage used of 26 miles. I paid an amount $154.29 for the truck with card # ending [redacted].

After reviewing my bank statement the following month I noticed that Budget also charged by charge account for $784.26 on the same date as the previous charge of $154.29 due to the charge of $784.29 I received 4 overdraft fees $35 each totaling $140.

I have reached out to Budget on several occasions and they have been unable to help, I have asked for copies of the second invoice for the $784.26 and yet still unable to receive the invoice. The $784 charge was incorrectly charged to my account and I would like amount to be refunded. Budget has been unresponsive and I need action taken immediatelyDesired Settlement: I would like the $784.26 and the related overdraft fees to be refunded.
