Review: I have contacted Budget Mobile on numerous occasions in regards to a refund & they refuse to issue me a refund. I purchased a $30.00 unlimited plan with my Visa card on 3/15/16. My phone currently dose not work. Every time I use it I receive an automated message.

I have contacted Visa & the FCC.
