Budget Inn

We directly booked 2 rooms 208 and 209 at the desk upon arrival. We went directly to our rooms and first noticed broken toilets, impassable stairways, large sharp broken appliances and trash all over the establishment. We went to the rooms and opened the doors to find the rooms conditions uninhabitable and disgustingly dirty with faulty electrical cords sparking dangerously, broken glass, filthy linens, and a rancid smell. We immediately went straight back to the front desk and requested a refund. We were told that they would not be able to do that but they could give us new blankets and that's all they would do. I've tried contacting a customer service center or representative and have been given the run around multiple times when I simply want a refund of the 140 dollars we paid to stay in the rooms they advertised as clean and safe! The whole establishment was dangerous and a general public health violations of the conditions they have their in and allow people to even be able to enter.

My wife and checked in too this motel the first night we got here they told us it was too late and told us that they didn't care that we had two infants in the car and wouldn't rent us a room so we went else where and checked in the next day we went back and rented the room by weekly the rooms are no where up to date and are infested with roaches and I often see mice when I complained to the manager he told me to go buy a can of raid I have a 2 yr old and 5 month old daughter and I asked if I could rent one of the rooms with a living area so my one year old could have a little more space too play instead of being squeezed in one of the smallest rooms in the whole motel he then told me no and told me it would be better for me too leave but anybody else can get these rooms with no problem I am 237.95 every Thursday I have been here for at least 6 months and I have never got my room serviced or cleaned I noticed that there was mold growing in my bathroom I told him can I move rooms and he told me again it's better for me too leave there is a terrible roach and spider infestation and I have bites on my body to prove this there is plastic on the mattress because of the bed bug problem my mother came too visit me from *** and the owner came too my room and said that I wasn't allowed to have guest but he has his entire family living with him in the office the owner watches everything I do too the point I feel like I'm being stalked this place is by far one of the worst motels in *** due too the management staying here with my wife and two children has been a complete nightmare it's been several occasions where my wife comes to me telling me the owner was being rude too her and telling her she was responsible for cleaning the cigarette butts up the parking lot one time a guy had moved outta his room too another because of the bed bugs and the owner asked me too help him move out the infested furniture I agreed and when I was done he handed me 3 dollars.
