Some of the facts in the outlined complaint are true, however any and all issues with the car in question, had been discussed with...

[redacted] and his girlfriend well before any cash exchanged hands or paperwork was fill out and signed. The main issue with the car in question was the heat and air control switch. I did see that a had a very young child and I told them that if they wanted to buy the car I wanted to fix it before the car left, even with the understanding that this was a "AS-IS" sale. We called around before the sale of the car and found the control switch at a local salvage yard for $50.00. We agreed that we would incur 1/2 of the cost of the switch. I handed [redacted] girlfriend $25.00. The next day she came in very upset stating the local yard told her that the switch was indeed $100.00 and not $50.00. This took place on aSaturday and we could not contact them as they are closed on Saturday, the car remained parked at the dealership until Monday. Monday morning came we called the local salvage yard and questioned them as to what happened with the price difference?, at this time they replayed they had no idea what I was talking about and the part was waiting to be picked up. We picked up the part and brought it back to the dealership. [redacted] stated to me that it wouldn't be a problem and he could fix it himself, after seeing the extent of work that it required the next day he call asked if we would perform the work, I agreed to this at no charge. When we pulled the car in to the shop to perform the work we discovered the replacement part we had purchased had the same issue as the defaulted part. At this time I called the local salvage yard alerted them to what was going on, they agreed to get me a replacement at the same cost however it would be coming from Milwaukee and would take a day or two. I then called [redacted] and alerted him as to what was going on, he was very upset. The next day [redacted] and girlfriend both came to my dealership unannounced and start yelling and screaming at me as I was talking to a costumer at the desk and his wife on the phone. I asked them to please not scream at me and remove there self and when they cooled down they may come back and we could talk. This did not work so I ask Heather to please talk to them as I removed myself. The replacement part came later that afternoon we installed the switch and gave them the car back.

In regards to the WI buyer's guide, they left there copy at my dealership I saved it for them and placed it in the glove box for them.
I have been in the used auto business for 12yrs and I have never had as many complaints as I have had operating in Beaver Dam. however that does not change the way that I treat my customers. I have and will continue to do my best to hear complaints and work with them to resolve any and complaints, [redacted] and his girlfriend not any different. I'm still open to working with them I just ask they keep cool tempers while interacting with myself or anyone at my dealership.
