I went in to purchase a truck they gave me several offers but they were to much and to lengthy. Then Dayrl P told me about another truck 2013 F150. 2 WD with 108thousand miled that cost $15000.00 for 48 payments with a $1000.00 down. He tried with several finance companies. He asked me to lie on several items but I was truthful to the Finance agency. When he told me he could get it financed through *** Finance for the same deal I said ok I had to go get the money out of bank. When I came back he had all the paperwork drawn and he told me upon me asking the payments were 456.24 for 48 months. He had me sign a financial agreement which indicated the truck with taxes and all was around $17000. then with my $1000 deposit in was a little over $16000. I asked for the agreement which Dayrl P stated was already in my buyer's envelope. I believed him and didn't check cause after sitting there at the dealership for six hours I was ready to leave. Then on February 13 *** Finance contacts me then I'm told by them that my monthly payments were $456.24 at term months 60 payments. Upon finding out this I looked inside the buyer's envelope to find everything but the Finance agreement that Daryl P claimed at time of sale was placed in with my other documents. I feel as if nothing can be done to my lack of not making sure of this document being in there at dealer. I feel though it was intentional by the dealer and since it was a signed document that it should be reported since the outcome was not the agreement I originally signed. He also documented that the truck odometer reading was 107028 that information was false. 108028 possibly dropped it back so their transmission warranty would run out quicker.
