Huge onions to Budget Blinds in Kingman. I just wanted to share a very nasty experience I just had with Budget Blinds here in Kingman. I’m a contractor and was looking for a price on two wood blinds for a customer. I brought a sample in and said hello, didn’t get a hello back. I said it again , didn’t get a hello back, all I got was “How can I help you”? That’s ok. Everyone has bad days. The employee or owner came back with a price for installation and the product, again this is fine if that is their policy. Then I said ok I’m looking to install it myself. My customer needs two blinds and I have already bid installation. No problem I’ll go somewhere else. She then proceeded to try and talk down to me very condescending like and very arrogantly about how I know absolutely nothing about blinds and she goes to school all around the United States all year long to gain knowledge of blinds. I have no idea what triggered her to start being so rude to me. All she had to say was our policy is to install everything we sell. And to try and tear me down like I’m an it from one business owner to the next that was highly uncalled for. I network with people of all types and have never been treated like that. So think twice before you use this business.
