I guess the issue was resolved finally after 10 weeks, but I would still like the complaint to show up in your records. He was horrible on responding to repeated requests for information and my guess is if I had not contacted his corporate office on 2 occasions, my credit card company which put a hold on some of his back funds, and the Revdex.com, I doubt if I would ever have seen the blinds or my money. In my opinion, he is guilty of fraudulent business practices and he should not be in business. Perhaps the corporate of Budget Blinds will take action on this matter.
