Summer - We found Lisa’s name through the ***.com and decided to meet with her to talk about replacing our bedroom window Our window is about twice the width of a standard window and we wanted a cellular blind that provided privacy during the day and complete darkness at nightAfter looking thru many options, we decide to go with Lisa’s recommended top down bottom up shadeWe didn’t want to spend the money for the remote controlled window so we decided to stick with manual shade Few days after the install, the top of the shade would not stay up creating about an 8” gap for light to filtering I called Lisa and she called the manufacturer and promptly replaced the shade This happened times and every single time, Lisa did not hesitate, had the manufacturing company rep inspect the shades and had it replaced every timemonths later and after the 3rd replacement, the issue still persisted and this time Lisa proposed that she install a remote controlled shade which gave us what we wanted but a remote controlled shade at NO ADDIONAL COST TO US! So far, we have had no issues and even if we did, I know Lisa would help resolve the issue Who does that any more these days!!! Service level we received from Lisa, Trisha and Mark far exceeded our expectations It is so awesome to know that there are business owners out there who really care for their customer’s satisfactionThank you so much LisaYou have got a thrilled customer who will come back to you every time a window treatment is needed!

After doing much research on blinds for my home, I came across Budget Blinds of Bloomingdale owned by the lovely *** *** I contacted *** and she set up an appointment to come to my home The minute she walked in I knew she knew her stuff She not only looked at the window treatments that I needed, but also looked at the decor in my home to ensure whatever I chose would work with my decorating style And out came the books of materials, and the different types of blinds..she spent hours with me picking out the perfect blend for each of my windows and patio door...a few weeks later they arrived and her installer was just as wonderful...*** followed up with me and came back to my home to check the finished product..how awesome is that! If I could give a rating beyond 10, I would..awesome business, awesome owner, awesome ***! Thank you *** for making my home beautiful!

I had them measure all of my windows but only had it in my budget to do a portion of them and they didn't try to convince me I could afford it. Product was installed on time and looks fabulous (I installed plantation shutters). Best investment I could have made with a top notch no-pressure sale. I will be back
