Buddy's Home Furniture

My husband had taken some stuff out with this rent to own company. He ended up loosing his job and unable to pay the furniture. We are currently going through a separation and are not together at the time. When we first purchase stuff from this company the account was put under my husbands name. The company has been unable to reach him they been harassing me calling my phone over and over and over again up to five times a day. Manager finally call himself I answer he then procced to telling me that I supposedly am, on the account as a cosigner I procced it to tell him that I have never signed any contract with them he threaten me to press theft charges on me even knowing they have never attempt to collect any payments from me. I try to explain to him that I am aware I never had that account under my name or signed anything he rudely hang up on me. The next day the account specialist contact me to inquire if I had any contact with my husband I told her no I told her that at the time I would like to see original paperwork then were I am supposedly the cosigner she then procced to tell me she had to get with her supervisor since my name wasn't on the account that she would call me back. She never call back I ended up calling the store Tuesday to find out the outcome she was out of town the manager rudely answer my call and said that he doesn't know what I wanted that if I needed additionally information to go up there in person and hung up.
