The company broke me furniture leg while bringing the furniture in my home and there was no initial compensation for the damage to the furniture. The company Buddy's employees have told me different pay off amounts and monthly due,2 separate employees have taken money from me as payment but only applied a portion to my account and pocket the other portion of my payment. One of the employees have made sexual inappropriate comments to me in the store which is why I don't feel comfortable making a payment in store. I have been harassed on my social media by a Buddy's employee. The company is dishonest and do not follow policy. My contract was split in half without my consent for financial gain on the company's part.

Billing Adjustment I have paid over over 1000 dollars. I recommend to pay 300 dollars to settle the debit, I do not want this company's employees to contact me or make advances to me on social media or through text. There should be compensation for the serial harassment and the damage to my furniture
I discussed the issue of compensation with the customer on 06/27 (same day of this complaint) and gave her $100 for her inconvenience for the broken leg on her furniture which she accepted. She also stated she didn't understand the late fee's we were charging (3 times missing her payment date, totaling $30). I told her the issue of late fees were addressed in the contracts that she signed. I offered and she accepted a refund of the $30 late fees for the miss-understanding. As far as her issue with payments, we provide receipts of payments to every customer.
I categorically deny any of the other issues stated in her complaint.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have returned the table set and lamps. I would like a refund back from what I have paid on the tables. I would also like my ownership paperwork for my couch set and picture that have been payed off. I would also like for this company to apologize for the dishonesty and the behavior from their employees. I had a 45 minute conversation with the store manager a week after I made this complaint and *** verbally assaulted me. I feel like their will be further retaliation from my complaint. I want to settle on a 400 dollar refund along with my ownership paperwork that was never given to me.
Our customer accepted the $100 credit and the $30 in late fee's back. We have mailed her ownership paperwork to her by certified mail. The tables were on rent and that is not refundable as she used them for that period of time. We now consider this matter closed.
