[redacted] I did not know what "bare tool" implied.  May be a better option for this company to simply spell out that the tool does not include a battery and/or charger.......furthermore, my complaint was that after call the business on 6 separate occasions, the phone what not picked up once.  Nor were either one of my email's answered.

YOU OWE ME THE PRICE OF THE TOOL PLUS THE TAX.  KEEPING THE TAX WITHOUT SELLING THE PRODUCT IS A CRIME.  i WANT THE REFUND FOR THE PRICE OF THE TOOL AND THE SALES TAX.  TODAY IF POSSIBLE

Revdex.com:I find it quite interesting that on 6-6-16 I received the Buckeye reply (through the Revdex.com) that it was not cost effective to issue a RMA. To throw the charge away. Then on 6-16-16 I receive one saying to sip it back and include a copy of the email to expedite the refund. I looked this AM and the refund did hit my account, showing up on 6-17-16. Good thing I did not throw it away. I will be shipping the charge today back to Buckeye. So sad that I had to resort to the Revdex.com for this matter, instead of them following through with my first request on their website on 5-26-16 or my second, or answer their phone or reply to my fax.
