Buckeye Debt Repair

On 5/22/18 I signed a contract with Buckeye Debt Repair and paid $1995.00 This were going well I was paying down my credit card and consolidated all to just 2 They also worked w/me to get 2 credit cards with a 0 interest rate and when the few months were up we switched the balances to a different credit card that was offering a 0 interest rate The contract said they would stay with me until I had paid off the remaining balances and negotiate w/ my banks concerning balance transfers and debt settlements. I have been calling them for the last 2 days when I received an interest charge for $171.00 on my visa card After not being able to get a hold of Kyle Wood(my handler) 276-221-4169 I tried the company #888-454-7991 and it went straight to a voicemail I just recently went on disability and as our luck would have it my husband lost his job I am completely frantic and I have no idea what to do since money is so tight They never notified me although I called them about a month ago and said I was worried that I hadn't heard from them and I thought it was time to find a new card w/a zero interest rate I didn't speak w/kyle because they said he was out but the girl assured me that it wasn't time yet and kyle would call me
