I purchased a vehicle from this company on 3/2/2020. I was advised that I would get the title from this company. Then there was the thing where Covid-19 occurred so it put everything on hold, which I understood that there was a lack in being able to get it done. When BMV’s opened back up, I contacted Aaron, the person who was running the shop on May 26, 2020 about the fact of me needing my title. I paid cash for my vehicle, and the taxes to have the title switched over. He stated that he would have everything clear, so by the end of the week I would be able to get my title. I never received it, so I reached out on May 29, 2020 through phone call and text. I got no answer, and no response back. I also attempt again on May 31, 2020 no response. I decided to pay the place a visit on June 2,2020 as I have done before, and he was not there. A fellow that does his detail called and he stated he would have the title by the next day, and I reached out, I got nothing. I drove up there on my lunch it was closed. I attempted again on June 16,2020, and to find out he there has not been nothing done with my title. I paid him the tax money for to have done, and nothing. This place is not professional at all. I ended up that way because of word of mouth, but turns out it was another place that was mentioned. I at this point would like my money back, I have been put through to much stress with this vehicle.
I went through this dealership and purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey and a service warranty on 08/30/19. From day one I’ve been having problems with the car. Before I drove the car off the lot I advised the representative serveral concerns window, horn, lights, key etc. I was advised someone can take a look at it but no one ever did. About two month into driving the car the car all of a sudden wouldn’t go over 40-50 mph. Once I was able to visit the dealership again about this problem the representative I’ve been working with said someone can take a look at it but the only thing done was a basic scanning that only read the codes and nothing was done physically. I was told “there’s a lot of problems with it you should take it to a dealership and get it serviced.” So I went to the dealership near me and got the car diagnosed. The repairs after the warranty (which covered $900) was still over 3,000. The transmission, heating core, windows, locks, horn and light repairs. I can’t even drive the car at this moment due to running into more problems now with the radiator and transmission. I’ve only had this car for 4 months
Yes the young lady purchased the journey from buckeye city automotive group. Also the journey was as is. She did purchased a after market warranty. As stated the journey was as is. Complaint: ***The warranty does not cover the $3,000+ repairs needed for the car. My deductible is only suppose to be $120. Problems with the car were communicated the day of purchase and I have communicated every problem I had with the car to the sales representative that sold me the car. And I’ve been trying to contact your company multiple times to resolve this issue before it came to this. Ive been getting the run around and our employees know that. This is very unprofessional customer service and for me to receive a response so late is ridiculous. I have messages of all the times I communicated with multiple representatives at your place of business. I need my car fix or the ability to return the car with no penalty to my credit.
Regards
Purchased a car from this lot and didn’t receive it til a week later because it wasn’t ready. When I finally received it I took it home and the next morning needed a jump. This car was literally already giving me trouble. I contacted them and they gave me a jumper box til the car could be fixed. Days later I took it to get fixed and was placed in a replacement car while it was so called getting fixed only to find out they refused to pay the place they took it to saying it was to much money and gave me the car back still having trouble. As of today the have told my bank they are fixing it but won’t fix it. I want them to fix the car because I am missing work but still being forced to make a car payment.

I am rejecting this response because: they are lying. They gave me a temporary car to drive while they were so called fixing my car. These people are liars. I will be contacting a lawyer.
Regards
No longer want the car . Has had way more issue then you could think of . Willing wanting to give it back . Front tire fell off first day of having it . Weight fell off back tire after gold tires were fixed perfectly . Had to replace 2 tires of the car . And broke down on my in the middle of a parking lot .
we fixed the first issue for her. and she also has a one year after market warranty with her finance company. it was bought as is from buckeye city automotive group so if she has any mechanical problems she should see if her warranty covers it
