Our experience with this contractor, Buck Buckley, and his team of professionals has been excellent during "phase one" of our basement remodeling project. We will be completing the project next year, at our request. After having had a negative experience with a previous home remodeling project several years ago, we have been very happy with every member of this team (contractor, project manager, carpenter, electrician, heating/cooling). They make every effort to please the customer and have gone over and above expectations in the work completed so far. We very much look forward to completing our project next year with this team of professionals.

We were going to renovate our basement and went to the Home Show to seek out contractors and materials. We saw Buc Buckleys exhibit and stopped in. The rest is history. We wanted their product and felt there is no comparison between Buc Buckleys products and conventional products or materials. We could have achieved the same "look" by utilizing conventional materials. But, we wanted a different result that only Buc Buckleys materials could provide. Add a courteous and knowledgeable Staff to the deal and this was a great experience for us.

I wanted to send a note back and thank your organization for coming out and looking at my potential project. In today's world, it seems like everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get a sale. In this case, the representative on my case went above and beyond my expectations to see if I really needed what I was asking for. He called the inspector from my local municipality to better understand the building code. He found out that I actually had legal bedrooms and didn't need to install the egress windows based on how my basement was laid out. I was stunned that he would do all this to make sure I didn't buy something that I didn't need. That was in addition to being a friendly and knowledgeable person.
While we found out that this specific project wasn't needed, I will happily refer Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing to anyone that is interested in finishing a basement. Thanks for the positive experience.

Buck Buckley's TBF provided a fast response to our request to meet with their associate to discuss our basement remodeling ideas. They worked with us until we found a mutual iplan that would work with the existing layout of our basement but give us the rec room and office that we wanted. We were delighted when they contacted us saying that one of their contractors was free and could start on it more than a month ahead of schedule! The communication with the contractors was very open and any questions I had were answered by them, as well as getting phone calls back with progress for the week. The rooms turned out fantastic and we are more than pleased with every aspect of construction. I will recommend them to anyone that wants to finish out their basement!

We were 100% satisfied with our new basement rec room. Every single person that was involved in the remodeling was professional and extremely nice. The work was done on time and it turned out so beautiful!

Professional and courteous. Answered all questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Wall system is excellent. Flooring system works exceptionally well, even though it is not as cosmetically nice as other options. When we had a subsequent water leak after our renovation, the flooring was a life saver though, so I can overlook the lack of aesthetics.

We had our basement ceiling done and was very happy with the look. It has improved our basement 100%. Salespeople were not pushy and our needs were met by this project. Would recommend them to anyone.

Built us a beautiful room transforming our basement to fit right in with our upstairs living area. Ned was wonderful and took time to complete our room as if it was his own. We couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend to anyone that this is the best way to go. Our room was in move-in condition after they left.
